The food was very good, and the service was impeccable! I came at 16:00 so no other customers were around but the atmosphere was still really nice. The staff could tell that I can’t speak Japanese very well but they are still very friendly and helpful, which made me felt warm. ありがとうございます!また来ます!

Usually it's by appointment only. Food was great but the service can improve a notch or two. We had a reservation so there was no wait. But once we were seated we didn't even get the usual glass of water for a long time. We waited for over 45 mins to get the food (pasta and a pizza). While it's understandable for the pizza because it was freshly made, there's no way a pasta takes that long. Since it was taking a long time, we ordered some bruschetta which took 15 mins or so to arrive - not acceptable at all. Also, the staff were not really paying attention to the tables, they were busy but it was very difficult to flag someone because they were not even looking at the tables except for this one guy who came around at the end and was really helpful. However you can scan a QR code and order, and call the staff using your phone which we figured out a little later. The food was great though including the cheese cake which was delicious. You get a small treat on the house if you're celebrating the birthday or anniversaries. We actually went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary but the actual date was a couple of days back (a weekday), so we didn't ask for the free treat. In summary, make a reservation if you go and expect a fairly long wait before the main courses arrive so at least order some appetizers or drinks while you wait

Nice place, good atmosphere and great food. Outdoor patio as well for advanced social distancing (street sounds a bit noisy). Inside, nice lighting and family friendly, including drink deals for children

Pizza is OK, onion soup was excellent, ice cream/gelato was standard. Nothing special. Next time I want to try the risotto and pastas which look good, plus they have several vegetarian options! 2nd time: tomato mozzarella risotto was excellent, zeppolini was nice but much smaller than the photo suggests! The “shake shake” fries were incredibly salty, do not recommend.

Amazing Italian food. Everything we tried was fantastic and many of the dishes are prepared at the table. It’s very kids friendly and they have a little kids play area in the restaurant. My kids appreciated that very much. Prices are very reasonable. They also have a nice show if you’re celebrating a birthday or anniversary.

All staff service was impeccable. I was once moving around an empty plate and a waiter received it from my hand before the plate touched the table. There is even a little play area inside and pets are allowed on terrace seats. Water and tea is free, and the food was extremely delicious. Definitely coming again with our dog:)
